Through our subsidiaries Beanstream Internet Commerce Inc. and LML Payment Systems Corp., we provide credit card processing, online debit, electronic funds transfer, automated clearinghouse payment processing and authentication services, along with routing of selected transactions to third party processors and banks for authorization and settlement and check recovery services. In addition, through our subsidiary LML Patent Corp., we provide clients licenses to our intellectual property estate which includes five United States patents describing methods and systems for processing checks electronically.
